We spent the morning collecting flowers and leaves from outside, and it turned into the sweetest little nature craft. My toddler loved choosing each flower and carefully placing it onto the sticky frame. It was simple to set up, calming, budget-friendly and honestly one of those activities that kept him engaged longer than I expected.

🌸How to Make This Easy Nature Craft for Toddlers

1️⃣: Build the Frame
Glue 4 popsicle sticks into a square shape and let the frame dry completely.
You can prepare this part ahead of time if you’re doing the activity with younger toddlers.
2️⃣: Add Clear Tape
- Stretch strips of clear sticky tape across the back of the frame.
- Make sure the sticky side is facing outward so flowers and leaves can stick to it easily.
- You can slightly overlap the tape strips to cover the whole center area.

3️⃣: Create the Nature Suncatcher
My toddler carefully picked flowers from the tray and pressed them onto the sticky tape inside the frame.
He experimented with:
- layering petals
- mixing colors
- arranging leaves
- filling empty spaces
This step is wonderful for developing fine motor skills and creativity.
